She overheard a group of moms talking about her child, using words like 'weak, shy, and overly emotional.'

It made me upset because these misconceptions about highly sensitive children are simply not true.

HSCs are resilient, and with help, they can be sociable and control their emotions.

As a parent, it starts with you to take responsibility and help your child.

I know some parents want an easy solution, but hearing that it starts with you is empowering.

There are ways to help your HSC, but it requires effort on your part.
